Cancellation Policy
At PuraJets, we understand that schedules can change and strive to be as flexible as possible to accommodate our clients. However, to ensure fairness and efficiency for all customers and team members, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings, products, and services: Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund or can reschedule your appointment without penalty. Cancellations Made Between 24 and 48 Hours Before the Appointment: Cancellations within this timeframe will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee of the total service cost. The remaining amount will be refunded, or you can reschedule with the fee applied to the new booking. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a fee of 30% of the total service cost. No-shows are considered last-minute cancellations and are subject to the same fee.
